More Information
Moet & Chandon 2003 brut vintage is an expression of an exceptional year by the Chef de Cave of Moet & Chandon. The 2003 Vintage is the 68th vintage from the house and has an extraordinary character.
The 2003 was a very special year for champagne making; it comes off a stunning spring frost and an unexpected hot summer resulting in the earliest harvest on record. The Grand Vintage 2003 is a demanding champagne that is unique in its intensive fruitiness with flavours of apricot, vanilla and liquorice. It is born from the marrying together of 3 different grape types, 43% pinot Meunier, 29% Pinot Noir and 28% Chardonnay.
