La Fee Blanche is a unique clear absinthe created using eleven traditional herbs and spices including Grand and Petit Wormwood, Fennel, Green Anise seed, Star Anise, Hyssop, Lemon balm, Mint and Coriander seed. Each ingredient is selected for its aromatic qualities and is distilled individually to create the perfect balance of natural flavours in La Fee Blanche.
La Fee Blanche is the second absinthe from the La Fee range to be distilled with prominent Absinthe expert and historian, Marie-Claude Delahaye, who is the founder and creator of the French Absinthe Museum. Based upon a 19th century recipe, La Fee Blanche possesses a stronger Fennel character appealing to those seeking a refined premium absinthe experience. The slightly softer and naturally sweeter flavour of the La Fee Blanche compared to traditional absinthe, makes this an ideal ingredient in classic and modern cocktails. La Fee Blanche is traditionally enjoyed with one part Blanche to two-four parts of water.
