Signature serve - Violet Aviation Ingredients: 60ml J.J. Whitley Violet Gin, 15ml Maraschino liqueur 20ml Lemon Juice
Method: Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and fill half way with ice. Shake and then Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a Cherry
Signature serve - J.J.’s Classic G&T Ingredients: 50ml J.J. Whitley Violet Gin, 100ml quality tonic water, 2 lime wedges
Method: Fill a highball with cubed ice; add the J.J. Whitley Violet Gin and tonic water. Squeeze in one of the lime wedges and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge on top.
