This particular sparkling wine is a premium non vintage wine which is made from a selected range of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, producing classic citrus flavours with a delicate crisp finish. The colour is mid straw green with a fine gas bead and persistent mousse.
Palate: Edible citrus fruit flavours are enhanced with creamy nutty yeast characters providing both richness and structure. The wine finishes soft, crisp and clean.
Food Choice -The wine is served chill and is enjoyed with food and particularly nice with soft white cheese.
