For those that remember Hofmeister a lot has changed. Two friends went to Bavaria to brew the best beer they could and today Hofmeister is proudly independent and British owned.
Using just three locally sourced ingredients, our beers are handcrafted by a fourth-generation family brewery in the heart of Bavaria where Hofmeister is slow-brewed for longer at 0°C for seven weeks.
Best served chilled, our lager is vegan and award winning, named world’s best lager at the last IWSC Beer Awards and winner of double gold at the European Beer Challenge.
