Bruichladdich Port Charlotte Peat Project brings together the essence and spirit from a number of different vintages for added complexity. It is head distiller Jim McEwan’s statement of his vision for Port Charlotte. It combines the power of peat with the complexity and the floral topnotes for which Bruichladdich stills are famous for.
It was designed to compliment the limited edition, single vintage ‘PC’ series, this bottling represents Jim’s classis Port Charlotte dram. It is peated to 44 PPM, and bottled using Islay spring water from the Octomore field of farmer James Brown.
