Blanc de Blancs

Blanc de Blancs , translating to White from Whites, is exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes. Very rarely Pinot Blanc grapes are used, but this style of Champagne and wine tends just to be made from the 1 grape. Classic versions tend to be young, fruitful and elegant, however ageing brings out a rich creamy taste.
