This version of Bacardi was created to honour the age old tradition of drinking Bacardi on the rocks with lemon and has been described as the modern icon for Bacardi. Still created the Bacardi way of fermenting molasses but during distillation, citrus fruits are added most notably being the lemon but also lime and grapefruit. It is then put into barrels to age for a year so that the spirit can encase the full flavour of the citrus fruits. It is a fantastic spirit to add to cocktails especially the Cuba libre.
