Cooley

Cooley Distillery was transformed from a  former State potato schnapps distillery bought by John Teeling in 1985. Within 2 years, Cooley Distillery was up and running with two column stills. Based on the Cooley Peninsula in County Louth, Ireland,  Cooley was the first Irish distillery to receive the International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC) for outstanding quality back in 1998.
